Showered with love...

So Sunday Feb 17 was baby shower day! And Baby B were you ever showered with love, affection and sooooooo much stuff!
It was an amazing albeit overwhelming day.
Nancy, Leslie and Becca did an amazing job - they did a tea-party theme and it turned out beautifully.
There were family and friends from all over and lots of super cute babies/children. We had delicious sandwiches, fruit, veggies, all kinds of other appetizers and of course, a beautiful tea themed cake!

 

We received so many lovely presents and hardly have anything left to buy to prepare for B's arrival!
There were games and prizes and we received the most beautiful present we could have ever asked for. Many of our family and friends contributed pieces to a quilt that Leslie put together. It's a beautiful keepsake that will always remind B how loved he or she is by our family and friends.

Now just a few last things to pick up and we're good to go! If anything this shower served as a reminder of how lucky we are to have such amazing people in our lives. Our baby is blessed already.
